When you place an order with Super Discount Supplements and pay with your Credit Card either through our secure payment gateway or through PayPal, once payment has been accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation and copy of your order sent to your nominated e-mail address. By entering in your Credit Card details and ordering from Super Discount Supplements you are agreeing to the Terms of Usage and Conditions displayed on this website.
Your order is then processed and checked by our customer service team and if there is a special request or need noted by you when you order, we will contact you either by e-mail or phone, if not your order will be packed and dispatched.
Generally orders received before 12.00 noon Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched on the same day, except on Saturday, Sunday and gazette public holidays, in which case your order will be dispatched on the next business working day.
All orders are sent via Australia Post to your nominated delivery address. From the time we dispatch your order please allow between 3 to 7 business working days for your order to be delivered within city and suburban areas of Australia. Delivery to rural and country areas in Australia may take longer than 3 to 7 business working days to be delivered. Orders delivered to you by Australia Post (or one of our preferred freight companies or couriers) will require a signature from you or your appointed agent, when it is delivered.
We can send your order to your home address, P.O. Box, place of employment or any other nominated address within Australia, however, if you are not available to take delivery of your order, normally an 'Australia Post parcel pick up card' or 'unable to deliver call card' will be left for you in your letterbox or under your front door advising you to either collect your order from your local post office (or contact our freight or courier company) to arrange for a suitable delivery time or if appropriate an alternate delivery address.
Generally orders that cannot be delivered to you as there was no one in attendance to accept delivery will need to be collected from the closest Australia Post Office Shop - Australia Post do not redeliver orders after the first attempted delivery has been unsuccessful and SUPER discount supplements does not cover any additional costs of redelivery if you organize this with your local post office.
Important Note - Should you wish to have the order left unattended - such as at the front door of your home, please ensure that you note this in the special instructions panel when you place and confirm your order on our shopping cart. If you do instruct us to arrange for the order to be left unattended you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that under no circumstances will Super Discount Supplements accept liability should the order go missing from where it has been asked to be left, when it has been confirmed as delivered by Australia Post or one of our freight or courier companies.
Please also be aware that delays in the delivery of your order may occur because of public holidays or any industrial disputes experienced by Australia Post or our freight and courier companies and such delays are beyond our control.

- Super Discount Supplements endeavours to keep all of the products listed on our website in stock, however, there may be times when products are out of stock due to issues that are beyond our control.
If any product/s ordered are not available at the time of your order, we will contact you either by phone or e-mail to advise you of any unavailable product and provide you with the following options:
1. Identify a satisfactory substitution for the product ordered, which may be a brand with the same or similar formula, type, pack size or flavour.
2a. If we know when the product you have ordered will be available and it is acceptable to you, we will hold your order until we have the product in stock, then dispatch your order.
2b. If you ask us to split ship your goods an additional postage and handling fee is required based on the Australia Post eParcel rates to your nominated address.
3. When either of the above are not acceptable to you, we will refund that part of your payment for the product/s that is/are unavailable.
Please note - we only supply the products offered on this website if you live within Australia and we are unable to accept international orders.
How to place your order Super Discount Supplements
We have endeavoured to make on online shopping with Super Discount Supplements easy for you, so all you have to do is follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favourite products.
1. If you are SuperClub Member, please login on the top left hand side of the webpage using your e-mail address and password as this will help to speed up the finalization of your order. Note - if you are not a SuperClub Member simply start your search for products.
2. Search or browse the website to locate the products you wish to order and there are three ways to do this:
- Search by brand in the drop down box at the top of every page on the website.
- Search by categories on the website by selecting one of the product categories banners at the top of each page of the website.
- Search by a keyword or product name in the search the website box at the top of every page on the website.
3. When you have located and selected products you would like to order, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, flavours, etc, then add the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the My Cart link at the top right hand corner of the webpage you are on and add the products.
4. When you have finished your order and are ready to go to the checkout and finalize your order and payment, firstly check that all the products you wish to order are correct, then click the Checkout button on the displayed shopping cart page.
5. Fill in all of the required information and acknowledgements on the shipping and billing pages. If you forget to fill in a required field this will be flagged to you before you can proceed to the next step. Having completed all the required fields with the requested information, please continue to checkout.
6. Review your order to verify all of the information you have supplied is correct and that the total value of your order is correct.
7. Submit the order and once your payment has been accepted a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout, showing your confirmed order and acknowledgement of your payment. This confirmation is sent immediately payment is received, however, it may take some time to arrive in your e-mail in box depending on your internet service providers' level and speed of service. Note - if you are paying by EFT, cheque or money order, your order will be dispatched once we receive your EFT payment into our bank account or in the case of cheques or money orders via mail and clearance into our bank account.
8. When your order is dispatched from our distribution centre you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched to you.

Normally payments by EFT or through your local bank take between 2 to 3 business working days to be cleared into our account and once received your order will be promptly dispatched to you.
When paying by cheque or money order:
Please ensure that you include a copy of your e-mail confirmation (that you received after you confirmed your order) with your payment.
The cheque or money order should be made payable to Discounted Vitamins Pty Ltd. Your order will be dispatched to you as soon as your cheque or money order has been cleared through our bank.
Orders outside of Australia
Please note that Super Discount Supplements only supply the products we offer on this website to customers living and residing within Australia. Due to the challenges with regard to out going Australian customs inspections/regulations we are unable to accept orders from outside of Australia, however, if an international customer has an Australian based family member or friend who can purchase and pay for product on their behalf we can supply products to that family member or friend for on forwarding.
