Super Gut makes daily gut care simple and effective
Simply add 9 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) of Super Gut into 250?mL of cold water and mix well. For children or anyone new to high fibre, we recommend starting with half a serve. If you aren’t new to high fibre, but notice some digestive discomfort within the first few days of use, we recommend reducing to a half dose and increasing as tolerance builds.
Taking it alongside other supplements
Some high-fibre products can influence the absorption of certain supplements or medications when taken at the same time.
Our gut product contains a blend of prebiotic fibres and probiotics designed to support digestive health. For most people, it’s generally fine to take alongside other supplements like greens or creatine. However, because fibre can slow digestion, it may affect the absorption of some nutrients or medications for certain individuals, depending on the type and timing.
