All orders are shipped via Australia Post to your nominated delivery address, with a flat delivery fee of $9.90. Once dispatched from our Sydney-based store, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery to metro and suburban areas. Delivery to regional, rural, or remote locations may take longer, depending on the distance from our store.

Orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday by our online team, with an expected handling time of 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
